At By-Nena, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the items according to our return policy below.
Conditions for Returns
Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the ordered items.
Condition of the Item: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. A ribbon runs through the blazer; if the ribbon is removed or no longer attached in its original way, the item cannot be returned.
Packaging: Return the item in its original packaging or other suitable packaging that adequately protects the item during transport.
If the return is rejected, the order will be sent back. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Steps for Returns
Return Request: Send an email to Info@by-nena.nl to register your return. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason (item too large/small, item does not meet expectations, wrong item received/damaged item).
Return Confirmation: After receiving your return request, we will send you a confirmation with further instructions, including the return address.
Place the invoice back in the packaging of the return shipment.
Shipping: Carefully pack the items and send them to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to prevent loss or damage during transit. If there is no tracking and the product is lost, the costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Returns
Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we inspect the items to ensure they meet the return conditions.
Refund: If the items are in good condition, we process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
